Really casual & simple interview, I just applied online and got a call about a week or two after to interview in-person. The manager didn't really ask me any questions other than my availability, past experience, and why I wanted to work there. After filling out a form I left and was soon texted to come in for a stage shift (unpaid) to see if it was a good fit.
