Got an interview invitation a day after applying. I was interviewed by HR and two staffs from the team. Clearly, first impression, only the male interviewer is prepared and has scanned through my CV and presentation slides. The HR and another lady were just asking the basic questions like my educational background and previous workplaces. Questions were thrown randomly at random sequences without structure. They will interrupt one another to ask me questions. The other two people will even talk to each other, pointing to my CV, commenting while laughimg while I was answering the question asked by another person. The male interviewer gave me an impression that they are in need of manpower, while the HR made it seems like they have dozens of people lining up for interview when I can see total applications on MyCareersFuture was only 3 by the time I was interviewed. Questions asked were pretty presumptuous and personal questions were also asked. The interview was one hour long, btw. It was not substantial as well, as I had to explain many basic things that I have covered in my slideshows. They concluded that they will get back to me within two weeks. Almost three weeks in, I have yet to receive outcome. So much for a role that pays $2.5k
