I talked on the phone with hiring manager and she was nice enough to schedule an appointment. She painted a picture of this amazing place to work which made me realize that I wanted to be apart of it. I drove far so they scheduled me to meet everyone in one day (hiring manager, regional and Vp). Everyone was kind and eager to guide me In the right direction. It was the easiest, in-awkward, most welcoming hiring experience.
