The interview process was pretty laid back, I first met with my point of contact in a coffee shop close to the headquarters of the company that I would be getting placed into as a consultant, after passing that stage of the process, there was a 30 minute phone interview, and then finally there was an onsite technical "mob" interview with one other candidate. I was asked to do a pseudocode puzzle and then there was a "design" component to the process.
