Submitted application by email. Was a very quick and easy hiring process. Interview was over the phone. Then application was processed. The interview was very quick as well. There was an over the phone interview and then in person interview.

Was asked about why I wanted to work at the Phillips and what my career goals were. Was given the sort of projects I would be working on and then asked about how I would approach them. Overall an easy interview
