Entrevista
I applied online and the process took 1 week. I was called the next day to arrange a phone interview which lasted 30 minutes, few basic questions and 2 competency questions. Make sure you have researched the Phoenix Group.
I was then invited to a video interview which lasted roughly 2 hours. I was put at ease straight away and they made me feel really comfortable. This was in 3 stages... few basic questions then 4 competency questions based around the job role. A customer service role play and then a case study.

Describe a time you had to deal with a customer complaint in person or on the phone?
Give me an example of a time when a customer asked you a question that you didn't know the answer to. How did you go about finding the correct information for the customer?
