Really upsetting for job seekers in this current climate. I was emailed with some interview dates. I replied right away with the times I could do. Those times came round I hadn't heard anything. I followed up with another email asking if there was still an opportunity to follow up. I was emailed back a couple of days later with an apology and some new dates. Once again I replied right away and those times came around and again I hadn't heard. I followed up and nothing, then Christmas came around. In the new year I followed up again and was told further steps should be coming my way the next day. A few days later I got an email saying the team loved meeting me and they liked my personality but would not be moving forward. I emailed saying I hadn't met the team yet and was this a mistake and was there still an opportunity? I never even got an explanation or an apology. Very upsetting as I was so excited and the job sounded perfect for me.

It was the smoothest interview process ever. One screening process with HR and then one meeting with the hiring manager. I was told whether or not I got the job within 3 working days.
