After applying on Linkedin, I was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter in NYC. She was extremely friendly and made the interview process super easy, as she did 90% of the talking. She mainly asked about my background and qualifications for the role. Also asked about desired salary. Unfortunately, I did not receive a second interview. I had to contact the recruiter myself to be told that. If the recruiter doesn't make contact with you, it's most likely because you weren't selected.
