Very easy straight forward interviewing questioning about strengths and weaknesses. Asked different scenarios and how I would handle a disagreement in the workplace. The manager was very easy to communicate with and talk to and it made the interview very less nerve racking.

It was smooth, took about a week starting with an initial call, then you’re paired with a manager to interview in person, so you have to go meet with the nurse manager for that unit
