In typical OSU fashion (in my experience), I applied for the position 6/25/18 and wasn't asked to interview until 8/1. My interview was on 8/10 and have yet to be reached out to by the director of the department; I was told by someone else that I didn't get the job. I marked the interview as difficult only because I was under the impression that 2 people would be interviewing me, but when I got there I learned that I'd be interviewed by 5 people. I would go on to find out that my anxiety was evident negatively affecting my chance at being hired.
