The interview was quite extensive- 90 mins long with questions and a role play at the end with feedback provided. The questions were somewhat difficult to answer, but I enjoyed the conversations about mental health care and the school system the questions produced. I was told my role play went very well and they were impressed by how I conducted myself. All this process just to be completely ghosted at the end of it. Never answered my follow-up/thank you email, not even an official rejection of my offer.
