Scheduled time to interview via email exchange. First round interview was voice only with two people who would engage directly with role and someone from Human Resources (HR). I was asked about five questions during the interview. HR's description about the process was clear. Panel was friendly and open to discussion and follow up, even after I was informed I did not receive the role.
