Applied online, had a phone screening with HR recruiter about a week after submitting the application. Fairly standard questions were asked. Was told I should know something in about half a week at the most, then crickets. Emailed the recruiter directly, who never responded. TNC, this is not a good look. You have a system in place that should be able to email all applicants and tell them someone else was chosen, there's been a delay, the position has been closed, etc. No excuse for ghosting people like this in 2024.
