Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en The Nature Conservancy (Little Rock, AR) en jun 2022
Entrevista
Very long and multiple panels, some on Zoom and some in person. Took almost three months to final round. Drove six hours to final in person session, which took half day of in person and panel questions. Covid also struck interviewer afterwards.

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en The Nature Conservancy en may 2022
Entrevista
Overall a very long process lasting 3 months:
-After the submission of the initial application, 3 weeks passed and I was requested to complete a questionnaire.
-After questionnaire submission, two weeks passed and I had introductory phone calls with local and nationwide recruiters then after 2 weeks had a panel interview.
-After 2 weeks had passed and I was requested to complete a detailed real-world assignment over a holiday weekend. Which, in order to do a decent job, took a lot of time.
-A week later I was informed that I did not get the position.
While the process was exhausting, TNC did a decent job of being professional and keeping me up-to-date (even if to inform me that they were behind schedule). The hiring process definitely has the opportunity to be streamlined to reduce applicant fatigue. I don't think TNC truly realizes how much effort and energy the applicant puts forth to be a part of their team. If they do, then they need to change their hiring process.
