Great process, given questions for half an hour before interview so had time to prepare answer, given short presentation question in advance, Interviewers were lovely, very professional, and very personable. Took a long time to let me know outcome, but otherwise exemplary.

A presentation followed by competency based questions via Microsoft teams. I also had to prepare a brief on a community group in the local area in advance of the interview.

Pre interview task 24 hours before interview. Had to analyse the information sent and then answer three questions. Given 1 hour to complete the task and send answers back via email. Standard interview with three staff from the National Lottery Community Fund. Competency based questions. Interview took place online using Microsoft Teams.

Online application process consisting of an application form with a number of questions, 10 minute presentation, interview with a number of questions. Easy to access online, clear instructions, efficiently organised and good communication throughout.
