1) 1:1 interview with a potential manager 2) Scenario based panel interview The 1:1 interview was odd in the way that the interviewer chose Zoom but didn't bother to turn her camera on while I had to keep mine on the entire time. The interviewer also never introduced themself or what they actually do at the organization, just dived into questions....It seemed rushed. The second round interview is the scenario-based panel interview which works in the way that you're given a scenario 24 hours before your panel interview. You're not supposed to use the internet to help you. All the questions for the panel interview are to be based off the scenario.
