Flew out all of the candidates to New York for "Super Day"- all expenses paid, casual interview. Had groups go for a tour then interview 3 different groups of interviewers for about 20 minutes

The first interview was easy but the recruiter appeared unknowledgeable. They took a month+ to get back to me about a second round where they scheduled me with the wrong department of the company that does not align with my major/skills. Took another month to reject me after I emailed my recruiter to follow up with my concern with no response.
