Applied online with the usual online application process. The interview was run by a panel that was odd because one of the senior staff members had not even started their role there, so they were working elsewhere! Which was a red flag to begin with. I was asked some questions that reflected a toxic environment Answered a mix of questions followed by some brief tasks once done they never came back on time to collect the test but only much later so I had to wait for them , extremely rude. Did not get an offer and good riddance!
