There were multiple interviews with other managers in the company. The interviews all took place away from the office, and were held over a meal. This was a very kind gesture from my perspective and definitely helped to ease any sort of tension or stress...etc. The conversations consisted of a couple formal questions, but mainly revolving around yourself, your interest, hobbies...etc. It was nice to have that "get to know you" kind of meeting and created an immediate respect for the company for me.
