Started with an initial 30min-1hr phone call with the recruiter for the company. During our call it became very clear that they were looking for more of a lead or a senior level designer to be their one and only, and that was not me. Regardless I had a great conversation with the recruiter and she was super nice and easy to talk to. Everything checked out and the benefits sounded great. If another position opens up more suited towards my experience I wouldn't hesitate in applying again. Good vibes all around.
