I was contacted and interviewed directly by the franchise owner. The owner was pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. I was given a tour of the facilities and an explanation as to how everything worked. The delivery and staff schedule requirements were explained. I was asked how many days per week I could work and what time I could be at work in the morning. Talked about my children and previous work experience. Overall, a pleasant interview.
