The panel was very friendly and engaging, the questions were mainly about my experience and bouncing off my ideas. They didn't ask many of the usual cookie-cutter questions, which was refreshing. I unfortunately did not get the role but the HR manager let me know their decision within the time frame she gave and also included positive and helpful personalised feedback which was appreciated. Overall, they left a very positive impression on me.
