Straightforward and easy. I applied through LinkedIn, and received an initial screening interview with a recruiter. Then i had an interview with the director i would be reporting to, which was very pleasant and straightforward. I was offered the job the next day. It was a very smooth process.

Straightforward and easy interview. HR Recruiter, then manager for the team I would work directly with, then the same HR Recruiter reached out to confirm the team wanted to work with me and to finalize the verbal offer before sending the contract.

Have you had situations with difficult clients? How did you handle the situation?
one round of on the phone interview with HR, one round of in person interview, and then up to 3 rounds of on the phone interviews with team members to place you on the right team. May have to do more than one round of team interviews to find the right fit
