very easy. answer standard questions.. test is to google search things (that should have been a red flag for what an idiot the owner is and how easy the work is)

Great interviewer, positive experience. Phone interview first with HR, then they brought me in for a research test and writing prompt followed by a 1:1 interview with the same HR person. Felt very practiced but smooth. They originally brought me in for a lower position but escalated it after the phone interview. They were flexible and had a friendly tone.

Entrevista
Initial interview involves a research test, which can be bested with intermediate googling skills, as well as a writing sample. Followed up by heavily scripted interview. Offer came soon afterwards. I know the process has been tweaked a bit since my hire.
