The Link Group is filled with incredibly smart and kind people. The questions during your interview will run the gambit - there are traditional strategy questions that require you to think outside the box, and then there are obscure and random questions that mostly keep you on your toes - forcing you to be creative. The most important thing is proving your ability to work through a problem, then explain your solution. Upper management here is dedicated to maintaining the company's culture and a familial environment, so be yourself because in the end, if you're the right fit, you'll find your way into the company.

Entrevista
There were several rounds of interviews, all of which were well organized and designed to introduce you to as many people as possible. Some of the questions were quite difficult, but they were always fair and challenged you to think critically. Everyone I interviewed with was genuinely nice, fun, and also incredibly smart.
