Entrevista
I came in for an interview with the director and had to fill out a lengthy, but not difficult application. The interview went smoothly and they were very nice. We then scheduled a working interview where I would go in the classroom and I prepared a lesson (activity, read them a story, game, whatever you want) so they could see how I interacted with the children. They said they would get back to me the following Wednesday, and they did.

Entrevista
I was scheduled for an interview at 10AM. I had to fill out a paper application even though I applied online. After filling out the paper application, the assistant manager called me into the office for an interview. She was very sweet and asked me simple questions such as: Where do you see yourself professionally in 5 years? What are three strengths/weaknesses that you have? How would you handle an upset parent? After the interview, I went right into the classroom that I was interviewing for a working interview. I met the kids, talked to the other lead teacher in the classroom, and went on the playground with them. I stayed with them for about an hour.
The assistant teacher said that she loved me and asked me what hours I could work. She talked to me about the teacher that I would be working with and how they did co-teaching at their center. She asked me to come in next Monday so I could meet the director that was on vacation and discuss the hours that I would be working. That next Monday I came into meet the director, and unexpectedly, I had another working interview. She told me that she would call me that Wednesday. I never received a phone call.
