Had a short phone interview followed up by an appointment to interview with a manager and the CEO. They gave me a pretty comprehensive skills test. After I passed the test, I was asked back to meet and interview with employees. The interview process gave me a good idea of what a typical day would be like working there. Good introduction to let me know if it was a good fit.
