Connected with the Lacek Group through a local job fair. Interviewed with 4 people. The entire process took about 3 weeks. Interview consisted of 3 sets of behavioral questions, followed by informal discussion and questions. Every interviewer was pleasant and professional. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience at TLG.

I had one phone interview with the recruiter, who was polite and easy to talk to. I was told I'd hear back soon but had to email the Recruiter 2 times over two weeks to get a response. Then I had 5 interviews in a row, one with each department of the team I would be on. The people were forward and easy to talk to. The biggest issue is speed of communication. The interview process was painfully slow.
Finding the person with the pertinent skills, the related experience and the right fit for the team can be a challenging process. We’re so glad that you chose to join our team! That said, we apologize about the delay in communication—it can be difficult to align on schedules when many are involved in the hiring process. We’ll let our HR team know.
