I had 5 interviews at Gillette. Each time I drove 2 hours to meet with whom I was told was a "decision maker". They would talk to me for about 30 minutes, show me around, and then escort me out a back door. It was very akward. They asked me all the usual questions: tell me about your self, what are your experiences with mgmt, food service, etc. never asked me anything about sports, The Patriots or the Kraft Group. everytime I left I felt like it was unfinished.
