First I applied online where I was emailed with a link to complete a Hire view. From there I had a phone interview, and then an in person interview. After the interview I was followed up by a phonecall and an offer.

Entrevista
Their one-way video interviews are the worst I’ve ever done. They only allow you to record your answer one time after only giving you 30 seconds to prepare for each question. Other video interviews I’ve done like this allow you unlimited prep time and unlimited retakes. One-way video interviews are horrible and impersonal enough without this unnecessary added pressure. I hope they consider changing these parameters.

Entrevista
It was a straight forward process. 1 interview and then the decision. Very easy. I enjoyed the process and the interviewees. The Kraft Group is an industry leading organization and anyone that has the opportunity to apply should apply.
