Outreach from recruiter, interview with hiring manager presenting work, and then I ghosted after following up. I find it odd to not even receive a generic rejection unless they expect to have candidates in limbo for week. Maybe it's because I was reached out to directly so it was too much effort for a human to respond to my follow up email?

Very long process with 3 rounds of multiple hour long interviews. One of the interviewers wanted me to go over a case study with them, they seemed confused about the work perhaps just because they don't work in the same industry. They asked questions that didn't feel relevant, and it felt a bit condescending towards my current company, even asking how my current company makes money and what their business model is. I wasn't sure what that had to do with the work I had done and was sharing. It was a bit off-putting. After that interview I read through some reviews here on glassdoor and saw that some previous product employees had some pretty serious grievances with the company. I didn't intend to move forward with the company after that even if I had received an offer.
