Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en The Keri Shull Team
Entrevista
This place takes a very “churn and burn” process to their interviews. You start with an initial phone screen, then are invited to an in person interview. During the interview is an assessment (which you have to complete on your own computer since this company doesn’t provide computers to its employees??).
After about a week, they told me they wouldn’t be moving forward with me because I “didn’t have enough experience.” My resume clearly notes all of my experience. If I wasn’t experienced enough to begin with, why did I waste two hours of my time at an interview? They mass interview candidates and have no qualms about wasting your time.

The interview process was standard. A recruiter gave a screening call, and the next two rounds were with the Director and a Supervisor, both over Zoom. The process was very quick in terms of scheduling, but each interviewer gave me their time and undivided attention when I asked/answered questions. It was professional and efficient.

Telephone screen, in-person Interview, assessment.
I did a phone screen with the HR assistant and a face to face with the HR manager. First, this company has a real diversity problem with a hint of nepotism. They have a team of people that all are culturally similar. They also allow family members to work together, so add to the mix. I was asked to do a “marketing scenario” that came with no instructions that I had to do on my own computer. It really felt like they were just collecting my intellectual property to use in their real life business without paying me for it. I received an e-mail the following week saying I was not qualified (I’m over qualified) and that the current marketing team (who has less experience than me combined- via LinkedIn) did not identify with my responses.
Despite their success, stay away, they cannot continue to be successful under this HR model, it will end in a lawsuit or major attrition.
