Easy process clearly outlined. Remote interviews at the time of my posting. Process was explained in detail, and I was provided with relevant help and advice. Support from the HR team was great. And I know what was expected of me and what the next step was at all times.

We generally recruit direct rather than through agencies. As a not for profit we prefer to invest in pay and benefits rather than recruitment fees.
We also pay staff for referrals - to make the process easy we use the Care Friends recruitment app.
