The initial interview was over the phone. Representative was friendly. Non threatening tone to the interview. Most of the time was spent explaining the job expectations and nitty gritty details of this more unique role. Mostly seemed like time spent to give an accurate portrayal to see if it would be a job I'd actually want to do. That way you and the company aren't wasting time.
