Very casual. Was more of the owner telling me what I would be offered and quickly what the breakdown of the joint was when it comes to bringing in patients, their treatment plan, etc. Then he had me adjust him, to which he mocked when i asked which lever lowered the table (since I had not seen this type of table before). He then adjusted me (very painful I might add, went back to where I was working and had to sit on therapies to calm my back down from the spasms) and I left. They offered before I left and I said I would think about it. The owner contacted me a few days later to check in. One thing to note, the clinic does not technically offer a contract, instead it’s more of a verbal agreement and you can truly be fired at any moment because there is no written agreement.

Relaxed and comfortable. Open ended questions mostly, but some specific questions as well. You will be asked to adjust your interviewee or another doctor on the spot. Communication was easy

Easy process. Most likely done by Operation Manager. Be prepared to adjust on the spot one or more person. They will give you scenarios and expect you to respond as if it were a patient
