Entrevista
It is a standard 3 step interview process. What is unique is the full day interview where you meet with an interviewer and essentially shadow them for the day in the field. I found this very enlightening and beneficial so that both parties can evaluate if the position is what I am looking for and if I would be a right fit for the company.
