The interview process is very conversational. Come prepared to talk about your experience in sales, why do you want to work in sales etc. They like people that want to work for money and that werent just handed money their whole life. I dont know if things have changed but I worked there awhile ago.

The entire process was rather straightforward. Predominantly, the questions were comprised of background assessments and personality observation.

Entrevista
First was a screening call and then they invited me into the office, for a in person interview. I was turned off when the interviewer said “ we rate you on your positivity” and I asked who does that rating she said everyone in the company, so basically if you had a bad day you’re going to have a discussion with a manager, she said that to me. Then In the second interview the girl bragged how she lied to get the job she has today(who brags about that). Oh and seems like they only hire West Georgia graduates, because about 80% of there staff is West Georgia graduates.
