iT WAS PRESENTED AS A CORP TRAINER ROLE
It is actually a door to door sales role. It felt strange and wrong, Im not fresh out of college, the interview just felt strange and wrong, almost as they are looking for naive people. The guy was dressed to the 9's but there was something I could sense espeically when I was asking questions about the position. Typically if you get vague answers and talks of opportunity this and that. Its some bs. A month later 2 people knocked on my door, from this company, I asked what their title was. Corporate Trainers. If you are fresh out of college of have a weak resume this might an ok job but they are very misleading.

Entrevista
Arrived for the interview only to learn there were at least a handful of other applicants also interviewing for the same position. The office was buzzing with people in and out of interviews and a large energized meeting taking place in a separate room.
The process felt like an assembly line of individuals being taken from one room or experience to another. Though it was exciting to see the energy, with all due respect... it felt similar to a Faternity house. The interview questions did not focus on my skill set but rather who I was as a person. I know the company will continue to grow, however the positions are geared more towards younger moldable applicants.
