I went through 2 panel interviews, both of which focused on behavioral and skill based questions. After being extended a verbal offer and stating that I would like to see a formal offer (including benefits) prior to accepting, I was told it would come via email within 24 hours. Instead I received a boilerplate rejection email with no explanation as to why the offer was rescinded. I followed up twice with the hiring manager to better understand the decision and never received a response. Overall, I’m feeling relieved to not have accepted a job where the applicants are treated so poorly.
