Interviewing at the Illuminate Consulting Group takes some effort. You have to submit a transcripts, writing samples and so on. The 1st interview actually is a written case study. Mine was very specific to my subsequent work. Reading up on conference presentations definitely helped. later interviews are with other analysts and finally with the Managing Director. All told, three weeks.

remote phone-based interview process including case study and three phone calls. case study looked simple but was anything but. really requires to structurally work through assumptions and analysis. interviews were straightforward and friendly. icg wants to see transcripts and asks specific questions regarding courses. contract was short and simple and turned around same day.
