The interview process started with a phone screening call with a recruiter. The second round was a longer phone conversation with a manager in the department. The final step was a three part process involving a panel interview, a case, study, and an Excel test.

Overall you need to prep for this job, it is achievable but they ask quite a few questions and they will ask you follow up questions so be ready for that.

when did you make a data driven decision, tell me about a time you had a conflict with co-worker, tell me a time when you collaborated with someone for a project, tell me a time when you had a complex/ambiguous problem to solve. The excel assignment isn't too difficult, you should know x/vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.

The interview was pretty straight forward. There was a behavioral portion, case study, and excel test. You were interviewed by 2 managers for the behavioral and the case study and then given 45 min for your excel test.
