The interview process was long. There were 3 rounds of the interview process (I first interviewed with 2 managers, then 1 and then 1 more). I also waited along time between each interview so be prepared to wait.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
