Phone interview, panel interview and then store manager interview
Took like a month for them to call me. I applied in and i kept calling the store after my interview to find out if they had reviewed my application.
The group interview was nerve wrecking , i mean you are competing for the same position. Emphasize on CUSTOMER SERVICE

just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
