I received an email saying I would be receiving a phone call for a brief phone interview. I was expecting maybe the next day or so but I actually got the call within an hour or so. It is automated at first and asks if it was not a good time. If you are busy take say you want them to call back because I just this time was fine when I was walking around with friends no thinking it would be as long and in depth as it was described. They ask you a series of questions along the lines of describe a situation when... You want to make sure you speak slowly because the person on the phone is typing it all while you're talking to them so you want to make sure they don't miss anything. They then schedule you an in store interview. The job title they interviewed me for in person was different than what they told me on the phone, but it didn't matter to me. You go into a back office with one of the managers and they ask you pretty much the exact same questions the person on the phone did. The standard what would you do in this situation, what are your strengths and weaknesses. The in store interview was only about 15-20 min and the phone was maybe 30 min because of all the automated stuff before you got the real perosn
