The manager showed up totally unprepared. Apologized for not having read my resume ahead of time and then asked for a couple of minutes to read my resume. At this point, I'm thinking why did I waste my time coming don here.

Tell me about a time you had to discipline an employee and how you handled it.
Starts off with a phone screen with a recruiter. That is followed by an onsite interview, although this could be a phone call, with the senior leadership at the building with the open position. If you do well there, you will typically have an interview with a regional HR manager.
