Spoke with the recruiter and then had two interviews with hiring managers. Overall, I had a positive experience. Only critique would the unresponsiveness when there are no next steps. When a candidate isn't selected, it's nice to be notified so they can pursue other options.

They additionally asked questions about how you managed relationships at your previous employer.
