First HR will call you to ask you a few basic questions about your personality and work experience. A week later I saw a missed call on my cell phone from an unknown number I decided to google the number and saw it was from a local home depot. I thought it was so strange they never bothered to leave a voice mail. Then I called the store and was asked to come in for an interview. On the first interview the ASM asked me questions like where I worked before and went through my online application. Her cell phone was constantly ringing and she would answer it in the middle of me answering a question. I dint care because I just wanted a job. Then later that day I got a call to come in for a second interview with the store manager. That interview was like 5 minutes long. He basically asked questions from the top of his head and told me I got the job.
