Applied online, got interview two weeks later. Lengthy interview, multiple interviews were scheduled at the same time so it was first come first interviewed. They sat a group of four of us in a room for 30 minutes to have a supervisor play a 5 minute video about the company. After the video an interviewer pulled us out one by one for a 2 on 1 interview which lasted about 10 minutes.

Pretty standard customer service interview- Tell me of a time you had an upset customer and how did you resolve the situation. Tell me of a time when you had a situation that you could not solve and what did you do.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
