Company called and asked me to talk about my current experiences in relation to the position that i am applying for. I described the current projects in different angles, design wise and basically more on the customer service. I was asked to talk more about customer service and my experiences and difficulties i have encountered. I was also asked about what i expected on good customer service in particular to the position that i have applied for.

Met with HR manager and interview was pretty simple. Just went over experience and customer service questions. They usually want someone with experience for the job but it’s a good place to start as well if you’re looking to get into the industry. Training videos are provided but they are customer service heavy.

It was great and satisfying but the didn’t ask any questions about my technical skills. I thought that this could be the pivot point in the interview. I think this position requires more sales skills than creative skills.
