I had an interview with two managers at the same time. They just asked a lot of questions as to how I would respond in different situations and they asked a lot of questions asking me to give examples of times in my past employment or schooling where I experienced different situations and then how I handled that situation.

I applied online. I received an automated call that described the job requirements and asked me questions about if I was willing to work the hours and for the pay rate. I was then scheduled for a personal interview. I went in to the store and interviews with an assistant manager.

The interview process was very simple. I heard from the company in a reasonable amount time and they were able to start me for my first day in a reasonable amount of time.

Entrevista
Very casual interview with both of the night shift managers. They were very down to earth. The whole process only took about two weeks once I had applied for night shift work during the summer. They asked about myself and how I found out about the job, mostly checking to see if I would be a fit for the team.
